Following the recommendations of the CDC and the WHO we are asking our clients to PLEASE REFRAIN FROM COMING TO OUR HOSPITAL IF YOU, OR ANYONE WITH WHOM YOU HAVE HAD CLOSE CONTACT, HAS ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS:

At this time, we will remain open during our normal business hours and will continue accepting patients for all procedures, medical and surgical. However we will require the following:

We will retrieve your pet for care and discuss any matters. Please be prepared to bring them to the steps near the front door. Dr. Dieden will call you to discuss your pet's medical needs. After the exam, necessary testing, etc., we will return your pet to you along with any needed medications, foods, etc.
REFILLS ON PETFOOD:
If you wish to purchase any Royal Canin food products, please call our office to order to make sure it is in stock.
FedEx will deliver most ordered items to the hospital within 2 business days. We will accept payment by phone.
REFILLS ON MEDICATIONS:
We will attempt to fill additional necessary medications on a case-by-case basis. This will depend on the Doctor's recommendation, the type of medication and the availability of that medication. Currently, we do not have much of a shortage at this time, and we hope that that does not change.
